The Raw Food Diet has had a huge following in recent years. This diet focuses on the consumption of uncooked foods such as fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds, and is essentially a vegetarian diet.
The essential idea behind this detox regime is that cooking food destroys its nutritional value; thus no foods can be heated past 118 degrees. Furthermore the lack of enzymes in cooked food makes digestion more difficult, essentially zapping your energy. Raw foods are thought to be easily metabolized and are usually lower in calories; thus resulting in rapid weight loss and increased energy. Proponents of this diet further believe that it improves skin’s appearance, encourages better digestion, and reduces risk of heart disease.
Always consume products in the sequence that they have been listed and in their entirety before moving onto the next.

You are what you eat. A few years ago, I was eating overly processed foods and I felt so unmotivated and unhealthy. Now, after a few months of trying to detox my body from many years of damage, I can finally see what all the heath fanatics were talking about. Great website.
If it wasn't for taking what I eat seriously, I would still be dealing with many health issues. I am not new to detox methods, but I highly recommend everyone find one that works best for them.
