The incorporation of fresh juices is a staple of many detox diets and a delicious, refreshing way to get the nutrients your body needs. Many store bought juices are laden with preservatives, chemicals and added sugars; but fresh juices have all the health benefits without the nasty additives.
Perhaps the best way, and most economical way to get fresh juices is by buying your fruits and vegetables fresh and using a juicer. By extracting the juice from the fruit or vegetable, individuals are taking all the valuable nutrients and enzymes without the body having to do so much work to break it down. Drinking fresh vegetable and fruit juice means that the body is receiving lots of antioxidants that help combat illness and disease.
