It has also been proven that women who drink more than 5 cups of green tea in a day suffer less and reduce the risk of a recurrence.
Diabetes is also one of the diseases which green tea can restrain. Research and studies have shown that green tea can help control glucose levels in the body. Glucose control is a problem of diabetics who have type 1 diabetes. Drinking green tea can help convert and control the blood sugar which helps the people who have type 1 diabetes.
