Detox for life! If people just shopped for less processed foods, and put a little effort towards portion control, we would all feel healthier.
Great article, following a detox diet has helped me feel happy and healthier. However a diet is not enough. Exercise is also very important. This is why I have also started swimming on a regular basis.
