Acai berries are getting more and more popular by the minute. Being featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, and The Rachel Ray Show surely helped but mostly it is due to the fact that they are indeed a welcome addition to your diet. The word superfood best describes acai berries. The Brazilian fruit is a great source of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. In laymen’s terms, the acai berry is possibly the healthiest fruit in the world.

What you just read may sound like a hard sell but before you argue that acai berries are overrated, you may want to hear the whole story. Chances are, after reading about the benefits acai berries can offer, you will be asking where to get them.
